High performance 3D scanning sprays

ATTBLIME 3D scanning sprays have been specially developed by metrologists and engineers for optical 3D digitization in industrial metrology and ensure reproducible, high-precision measurement results on a wide variety of surfaces. The sprays are 100% compatible with all common optical sensor systems – including those from ZEISS, GOM, Creaform, Hexagon, Shining 3D and many other manufacturers. ATTBLIME is also the first scanning spray that is completely solvent-free in one version and therefore non-flammable and label-free – for greater safety, sustainability and user-friendliness in daily measurement operations. In recent years, a product series of both sublimating and semi-permanent 3D scanning sprays has been created, which is now one of the world leaders in the field of optical 3D measurement technology.

High performance spray systems

The ATTBLIME spray systems enable a particularly fine and even application of all ATTBLIME container versions, independent of compressed air and power connections.

The systems are optimally matched to the ATTBLIME containers and impress with a homogeneous surface with minimum material consumption.

Sustainability and health protection

ATTBLIME 3D scanning sprays are formulated to provide users with the best possible protection – with variants that are label-free, solvent-free and non-flammable, thus ensuring greater safety in everyday use. The absence of critical ingredients such as ethanol, titanium dioxide (TiO₂), n-hexane or adamantane as well as the use of renewable natural raw materials in selected products protects people and the environment in equal measure. At the same time, residue-free sublimation and water-based solutions enable resource-conserving handling of components and the working environment – in line with modern, responsible measurement technology.
All ATTBLIME products are developed and produced in Germany – for the highest quality, short distances and transparent, strictly controlled manufacturing processes.

SHC system (SPRAY HEAD CHANGE SYSTEM)

The spray cans are equipped with the unique SHC system (Spray-head-change-system), which allows the user to choose between vertical and horizontal, as well as wide and narrow discharge angles, to control the layer thicknesses and thus sublimation times.

Round spray head

Round spray pattern for high-resolution details. Shorter sublimation time due to fine application.

Variable spray head (rotatable)

For a vertical and horizontal spray pattern. Longer sublimation time due to large-area application.

Extended spray head

Spray head with extended spray hose for hard-to-reach areas. This option guarantees a high level of detail resolution.
