Depending on the application, the appropriate riser tube lengths can be flexibly selected – from 10 mm to 275 mm. This means that valves and spray heads can be optimally adapted to different containers, products and areas of application.

Standard aerosol valves for classic spray applications

2610-0266 – Standard valve with painted tinplate mounting cup

Suitable for classic aerosol applications with defined spray characteristics. The variant has a clear lacquered tinplate mounting cup, Buna/butyl seal, stainless steel spring and PE riser tube.

2610-0269 – Standard valve with reduced VPH flow rate

This variant is suitable for applications where an adjusted flow rate or a more finely tuned spraying behavior is required. The red housing insert makes it easier to visually distinguish the variant.

Valves with aluminum mounting cup

2610-0273 – Aluminum valve with inverted, slotted housing

This variant has a clear lacquered aluminum mounting cup without dimples and an inverted, slotted valve body. It is suitable for special spraying and dispensing characteristics where the internal structure of the valve must be matched to the formulation.

2610-0284 – Aluminum valve with yellow housing and VPH

An aerosol valve with aluminum mounting cup, Buna seals, stainless steel spring and yellow housing. The variant is suitable for defined spray characteristics and offers a high-quality material combination for demanding applications.

No-VPH valves for adapted dispensing characteristics

2610-0290 – Compact No-VPH valve without riser pipe

This variant is designed with a black housing without VPH and is suitable for applications where a special valve configuration without a classic riser tube is required.

2610-0291 – Aluminum valve No-VPH with PE riser pipe

This variant combines an aluminum mounting cup with a natural PA housing without VPH and a PE riser pipe. It is suitable for applications where a clear, reduced valve design with defined delivery is required.

360° valves for overhead and angled applications

2610-0276 – 360° valve with tinplate mounting cup

This version is designed for applications where the spray can is also to be used at an angle or overhead. The valve has a 360° valve housing, PE riser pipe and stainless steel ball.

2610-0292 – 360° valve with neoprene seal

This version is also designed for 360° applications and has a neoprene inner seal, 360° valve housing, PE riser tube and stainless steel ball. It is suitable for products where flexible spray directions and coordinated material compatibility are important.
